Cancellation fees apply to all orders/returned goods of 20%

All return must be in their original packaging. Any goods not in original order will not be accepted.

All goods must be inspected for damage before installation. Any goods found with damage after installation will not be accepted. 

All goods must be checked for damage within 7 days. No damaged goods will be accepted after 7 days of delivery or pick up.

Deliveries done by PCC staff will be dropped at nearest undercover area onsite. Any further and assistance is required.
All online orders will be posted on Mondays or Thursdays. Orders may take up to a week from the day of leaving to be received.
If you have ordered the wrong goods/items, or simply changed your mind, we will only authorise a return to be used towards replacement goods/items. 

Proof of purchase must be shown when picking up any order.
